Workflow and key features

A prepared specimen is bonded to the specified test plate, conditioned and mounted for horizontal separation. The force sensor records the peel force while the moving carriage maintains the selected speed; peel strength is calculated against specimen width where required by the method.

  • Embedded touchscreen control with continuous speed setting
  • Horizontal test orientation for stable peel geometry
  • Average peel force, peel strength and statistical result calculation
  • Multiple force ranges and peel fixtures available
  • Micro printer and RS232 data interface
  • Optional software, standard roller, calibration accessory and laboratory data modules
