Workflow and key features

After prepared samples are loaded, the CECW-02B automatically completes vessel handling, drying, conditioned weighing, repeat constant-weight cycles, calculations and reporting. Its application scope covers dissolved solids in water; moisture content and potential pollutant type or concentration in sludge, soil, environmental and stationary-source samples; safety evaluation of food and pharmaceutical packaging or containers; and cleanliness inspection of electronic components.

  • Fully automatic robotic operation for up to 52 prepared samples per batch
  • Integrated precision weighing records mass to 0.1 mg
  • Proprietary low-humidity control isolates weighing from ambient humidity changes
  • Automated repeat weighing and constant-weight determination reduce manual transfers
  • Stable, adjustable temperature and humidity control with real-time trend logging
  • FFU high-efficiency filtered airflow in the work chamber
  • Automatic calibration maintains long-term measurement accuracy
  • Analysis software completes calculations, batch reports and data export
  • Integrated environmental control eliminates the need for a separate controlled evaporation-residue weighing room
  • Measures total dissolved solids in water samples
  • Supports moisture and pollution analysis of sludge, soil, environmental and stationary-source samples
  • Supports migration and non-volatile residue testing for food and pharmaceutical packaging or containers
  • Supports electronic-component cleanliness inspection
