Water Vapor Transmission Rate Tester
Evaluate water-vapor barrier performance under controlled laboratory conditions.
A six-station gravimetric water-vapor transmission rate tester for films, sheets, paper, textiles and nonwovens across low- to high-barrier applications.

Workflow and key features
The WVTR-06-02A uses the cup method. Water or desiccant is placed in a prepared test cup, the specimen is sealed over the cup, and mass change is measured under controlled temperature, humidity and airflow to calculate water-vapor transmission.
- Six test stations with custom station counts available
- Controlled temperature, humidity and airflow in the test chamber
- Automatic gravimetric testing without repeated manual adjustment
- Test-chamber and cup geometry designed for stable environmental conditions
- Wide barrier range for high- and low-transmission materials
- Touchscreen control with remote maintenance support
