Electronic Tensile Tester
Perform tensile, peel, tear, puncture and seal-strength work on flexible materials.
A servo-driven universal tester for tensile, peel, tear, puncture, opening-force, unwind-force and seal-strength work on flexible materials and adhesive products.

Workflow and key features
The XLW-PC uses a servo motor, ball screw, force sensor and displacement encoder to capture force-displacement data. Independent test programs support packaging, adhesive and selected medical-material workflows from one platform.
- Tensile, peel, tear and related test programs in one system
- Touchscreen operation with microcomputer control
- Stepless test-speed control from 1 to 500 mm/min
- Travel limits, overload protection, automatic return and power-loss memory
- Parameter setup, printing, result review, clearing and calibration functions
- RS232 and network interfaces for data transfer and centralized management
- Replaceable force sensors and application-specific fixture options
