Workflow and key features

The XLW-PC uses a servo motor, ball screw, force sensor and displacement encoder to capture force-displacement data. Independent test programs support packaging, adhesive and selected medical-material workflows from one platform.

  • Tensile, peel, tear and related test programs in one system
  • Touchscreen operation with microcomputer control
  • Stepless test-speed control from 1 to 500 mm/min
  • Travel limits, overload protection, automatic return and power-loss memory
  • Parameter setup, printing, result review, clearing and calibration functions
  • RS232 and network interfaces for data transfer and centralized management
  • Replaceable force sensors and application-specific fixture options
